Scopus Training and Consultancy Plc facilitated the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Shoolini University in India and three Ethiopian universities: Wachamo University, Productivity Improvements Center for Excellence, and Alpha University College.

The agreement aims to foster collaboration among these institutions in areas such as student exchange programs, internationalization efforts, and participation in joint grant competitions both globally and nationally.
